First we rewrite 15 as \frac{15}{1} and then flip the second fraction and change the divide to multiply.

\frac{45}{1} is 45 so she can make 45 garments.

First we need to write the mixed numbers as improper fractions.
3 \frac{2}{3} = \frac{11}{3}\\
1 \frac{1}{5} = \frac{6}{5}
We need to calculate \frac{11}{3} \div \frac{6}{5} .
